Share of individuals who floss their teeth in Great Britain 2017, by age This statistic shows the results of a 2017 survey in which respondents in Great Britain were asked whether they tend to floss their teeth on a typical day, broken down by age group. The majority of individuals in all age groups did not tend to floss their teeth. Older individuals were more likely to floss than younger individuals, with 37 percent of those aged 55 and over claiming to do so, compared to just 18 percent of 18 to 24 year olds.
