This statistic shows the results of a 2016 survey in which respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked whether they use different shopping mediums to make purchases monthly. In-store remains the most popular shopping medium, with 69.2 percent of respondents claiming they make purchases this way on a monthly basis. In comparison, PCs are used to shop monthly by 64.2 percent of respondents, and smart-phones by 28.4 percent.
