Share of companies owning CRM solutions to manage client data in Spain 2016, by size
This statistic presents the percentage of companies owning any CRM solution to manage information about clients in Spain as of 2016, by company size. In that year, 50.19 percent of companies with 50 to 249 employees owned some kind of CRM used for these purposes, whereas the share of companies with more than 249 employees was higher than 60 percent.
