When taking a look at the shopping habits of the share of the French population that purchases organic food products at least once a month, we see 81 percent of them prefer to do so at hyper- and supermarkets. Local markets also provide over 53 percent of the respondents with organic goods. Artisans such as bakers, butchers, etc. and convenience stores are also chosen by well over half of consumers for their organic food purchase.
