This graph shows the preferences of the French in terms of side dishes in 2016, by region. It appears that vegetables were preferred by more than half of respondents in all regions. Over 70 percent of respondents from the Centre-Val de Loire and Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur regions preferred vegetables.
