Italy: choice of fruit and vegetables based on nutritional properties 2017
This statistic illustrates the results of a survey which investigate if individuals, when purchasing fruits and vegetables, consider nutritional characteristics in Italy in 2017. Over the period of consideration, the majority of the respondents admitted to choose fruits and vegetables not only based on nutritional characteristics but also on their flavor (65 percent). Some eight percent of the respondents, stated to never pay attention to the nutritional properties of fruits and vegetables purchased.
