This statistic shows the results of a 2017 survey in which respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked whether the uncertainties about Brexit will mean that they will buy fewer premium products in the next two years, broken down by gender. Compared to males, the shopping behavior of women is more likely to be affected post-Brexit, with a high proportions of women expecting to both spend less (40.8 percent) and spend more (20.2 percent) on premium products as a result of the decision to leave the EU.
