This statistic shows the result of a survey on people who consumed alcohol intensively in the past 30 days in Sweden from 2006 to 2016, by gender. Over this period, the share has fluctuated for men, as well as for women. In 2016, 38 percent of male respondents stated, that they consumed alcoholic beverages intensively in the past 30 days, while 17 percent of female respondents answered the same.
