Italy: heavy book readers distribution by geographic area from 2015 to 2016
This statistic shows the distribution of heavy book readers in Italy in 2015 and 2016, by geographic area. According to survey results, heavy readers were mostly concentrated in the north-west area of the country (16.8 percent as of 2016). The share of individuals reading more than twelve books during the year preceding the interview grew in north-east, as well as in the south.
