Gross salary of oil and gas industry employees in Italy 2019, by gender

In Italy, the average annual gross salary of employees working in the oil and gas industry amounted to about 40 thousand euros as of 2019. According to data provided by JobPricing, the average annual gross salary of women working in the oil and gas industry reached 41.6 thousand euros, whereas men earned on average 38 thousand euros. This resulted in a gender pay gap of 8.5 percent in favor of women.
