This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the paper books’ purchasing channels in Italy in 2017. According to survey results, 55 percent of the respondents stated that they purchased books in chain bookstores in their cities, while 23 percent went to bookshops in bigger shopping malls. Lastly, independent bookstores were chosen by 14 percent of the respondents.
