This statistic illustrates how aware U.S. citizens are in terms of knowing what general services are provided by their local government agencies via digital technologies and not simply a phone call. During the surveyed period, 41 percent of U.S. citizens were aware that they could access information on garbage pickups through digital technologies from their local government agency, while in comparison only 27 percent had similar awareness when it came to information on street cleaning.
