U.S. citizen opinion on local government technological investment 2016, by age
This statistic illustrates the most popular types of technology U.S. citizens would like their local government agencies to invest in as of 2016, sorted by age group. According to the findings, 44 percent of Millennials reported that they would like to see an investment towards technologies that would allow them to use sensors in vehicles to monitor traffic patterns, so as to help route traffic more efficiently through gridlock or during construction, while in comparison only 33 percent of Baby Boomers stated similar investment interests.
