Number of days required to patch Flash vulnerabilities 2014-2016 This statistic illustrates the number of days required to patch Flash vulnerabilities from potential exploitations. In 2014, it took around 308 days for a Flash vulnerability to be patched, however, this trend has decreased over the past two years. As of 2016, defenders have significantly reduced the time needed to patch 80 percent of known Flash vulnerabilities, averaging 62 days.
