In this low scenario, Germany will have the highest cumulative capacity at 60 GW. This is almost equal to France and Spain combined. The cumulative capacity in the United Kingdom would be projected at 13 GW. In total, the cumulative capacity from onshore wind would be 207 gigawatts.
