Italy: citizens satisfaction of healthcare services by area and service 2017
This chart depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy in March 2017, to detect the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the healthcare services. A distinction was made between public and private healthcare services and between the different geographic areas. The interviewed were asked to measure their satisfaction on a scale from one to ten. According to survey data, the level of satisfaction with the private healthcare service was higher all over Italy. The highest gap between the two services was registered in the South and in the Islands.
