Mexico: positive perception of the United States 2013-2018
Since 2016, the share of people in Mexico with a positive view of the United States as a country has been declining. Approximately 43 percent of Mexicans who participated in a survey in 2018 claimed to have either a good or a very good perception of the U.S., down from a 76 percent peak observed two years before. That makes Mexico the Latin American country where less people view the United States under a positive light.
