This statistic shows the outcome of a survey on the opinions on decision-making by the people rather than politicians in the Netherlands in 2017. When the respondents were asked to what extent they agreed that important political decisions should be made by the people, and not by politicians, roughly 35 percent indicated that they completely agreed. Roughly 30 percent, on the other hand, indicated that they completely disagree.
