According to the study, the region with the highest burglary rate in 2016 was Aosta Valley (12.22 cases per 10,000 inhabitants), followed by Piedmont (4.42 cases per 10,000 inhabitants) and Trentino-South Tyrol (3.95 cases per 10,000 inhabitants).
