In 2021, Stromer was the best-selling speed pedelec brand in the Netherlands with 1,400 unit sales. Stromer is owned by the Switzerland-headquartered myStromer Group and was acquired by Naxicap in 2021. The second most popular brand was Riese & Mueller, which sold less than half as many units as Stromer.
