This statistic illustrates the average booking window of short-term rentals in selected Italian cities in the period from the second half 2016 to the second half 2017. According to the study, the average booking window for short-term apartment rentals in Florence was about 80 days in the second half of 2017. This was approximately twice the figure for Rome (42 days).
