High-street investment and development prospects Europe 2024

A general decrease in the prospects of both investment and development in the high-street shops real estate market in Europe between 2018 and 2024 was expected by industry experts. The outlook for development (2.79) decreased further as compared to previous year. However, the outlook for 2024 improved for investment (3.09) in high street shops compared to 2023. The sectors with highest prospect scores in 2024 were new energy infrastructure, healthcare, and data centers.
