This statistic shows the number of managers in economics, personnel, marketing, sales and administration sector in Sweden in 2017, by type of occupation. The number of level two sales and marketing managers was highest, emplozing 18.6 thousand people. The sector of level two administration and service employed a number of 15.3 thousand managers and nearly 13 housand people were employed as level one sales and marketing managers.

According to the Swedish Standard Classification of Occupations 2012 (SSYK 2012), which is a system for classifying and aggregating data about occupations in administrative registers or statistical surveys. The skill level reflects the type of working tasks and their complexity. Level 1 covers elementary education at primary school level. In a Swedish context, this means no or a low formal education requirements. Level 2 covers education programs at upper secondary and tertiary level of no more than 2 years in length.
