This statistic gives information on the share of older male individuals' drinking habits of alcoholic beverages in Italy as of 2017, sorted by type of consume. According to data, 76.4 percent of Italian men aged 65 and over used to consume wine at least once over the previous 12 months. Beer consumers accounted for around 47.1 percent of elderly men. The lowest ratio was found in the consumption of cocktails (about 23.9 percent of Italian seniors).
