Households energy sources for cooking in Peru 2021, by type
In 2021, nearly half of the households in Peru cooked only with gas, whereas another 35.5 percent of households reported to cook with gas and an additional source. Meanwhile, that same year, less than one percent of households in the South American country used coal as cooking fuel.
