Share of SMEs undertaking resource efficiency investments in Italy 2017, by level
This statistic shows the result of a survey on the share of SMEs undertaking resource efficiency investments in Italy over the two years preceding 2017, by level of investment. According to survey results, most of the respondents declared they invested nothing in resource efficiency (31 percent of SMEs), while 24 percent of them invested less than one percent of the annual turnover. The highest level of investments in resource efficiency resulted in a share between 11 and 30 percent of the annual turnover, which, however, was undertook only by two percent of the SMEs considered.
