As of July 2022, Ibis was the leading hotel brand in Brazil, with more than 19.6 thousand rooms available in the country. Ibis Budget and Mercure ranked second and third on the list, with approximately 10.5 and 8.1 thousand rooms. From 2015 to 2022, the number of rooms of Ibis hotels in the South American country registered a steady increase.
