Quarterly number of Norwegian business travelers 2017-2020, by type

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the number of Norwegian business travelers decreased in 2020 over the previous year. In the second quarter of 2020, the number of domestic business travelers reached 150 thousand, the lowest figure recorded since 2017. In the fourth quarter of 2020, the number of domestic business tourists slightly rose to 200 thousand, whereas outbound business travelers were just around 10 thousand.
