Brazil: consumer attitudes on sun cream & lotion 2016

This statistic shows the results of a survey carried out in December 2016 in Brazil to find out about consumer attitudes towards sun care products. When asked what were their thoughts on sun cream or lotion, 70 percent of respondents associated them with hydration, while 58 percent associated them with being long-lasting. Up to 38 percent of respondents believed sun creams or lotions blocked the pores of the skin. Here is what Brazilian consumers said on spray-type sunscreen.
