Information needed for choosing new mobile phone subscription in the Netherlands 2018
The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding information needed by consumers when choosing a new mobile phone subscription in the Netherlands in 2018. As part of the survey participants were asked which information they need to make a good choice for a new mobile subscription. Respondents indicated that they were most interested in contract details, network quality and the length of subscription. Roughly 70 percent of respondents were most concerned about the fixed costs of the new subscription, whereas respondents were least concerned with the possibly option of SIM-locking their devices.
