The statistic displays the results of a consumer survey in the Netherlands in 2017 and 2018 in which participants were asked whether they have switched to another internet provider in the last three years. In 2018, 80 percent of respondents indicated that they had not switched internet provider in the last three years, although some had considered doing so. 20 percent of respondents had chosen to change providers in the past three years.
