Perceived factors of a balanced diet among Chinese HNWI 2017

The statistic illustrates the results of a survey conducted among Chinese high-net-worth individuals in 2017 on their perception of a balanced diet. The survey revealed that more respondents were concerned with eating more food that was considered to be healthy rather than controlling food intake or reducing the amounts of unhealthy products.
For example, 73 percent of the respondents thought that eating more vegetables and fruits would be important to having a balanced diet, whereas 39 percent said that reducing the amount of alcohol would be beneficial.
