Share of logistics real state investments in Germany H1 2021, by origin
This statistic illustrates the share of logistics real estate investments in Germany as of the first half of 2021, by country of origin. According to a report conducted by BNP Paribas, in the first half of 2021, almost 50 percent of logistics real estate investments in Germany came from within Germany. Approximately 50 of the German logistics investment market in the first half of 2019 was made of foreign investment with almost 22 percent coming from the rest of Europe.
