Value of investment in commercial real estate in France 2005-2017

This statistic illustrates the value of investment in commercial real estate in France from 2005 to 2017. According to a report conducted by BNP Paribas, in 2016 the value of investment in commercial real estate amounted to approximately 31.9 billion euros, which was the highest value recorded during the 13 year period. By 2017 this had declined to roughly 27.1 billion euros. What can be clearly seen is the sharp drop in commercial real estate investment during the global financial crisis with 2008 and 2009 seeing the lowest amount in investment.
