Colombia: area of illicit coca cultivation 2010-2018

The land area used for illicit coca crops in Colombia increased continuously between 2013 and 2017, reaching 171 thousand hectares in the latter year. In 2018, in turn, there was a small decrease in comparison to the previous year, with the total area adding up to 169 thousand hectares. Pacific and Central were the Colombian regions with the largest affected area.
