This statistic represents the result of a survey on consumers’ rating of purchasing criteria for mobile subscriptions in the Nordics in 2017, by importance. According to data published by Deloitte, 67 percent of respondents found it very important that the mobile subscription does not have any hidden costs. The least important factor was the availability of early phone update or shorter contract, which 56 percent of respondents found unimportant.
