People of color in radio news in the U.S. 1995-2020, by ethnicity

According to the source, 5.9 percent of people within the radio news workforce in the United States in 2019 were African American. Whilst this marks an improvement from the previous few years, the figure is close to that of 1995. Hispanic and Latino Americans also saw a lower rate of representation in the radio news sector than in the mid 1990s.
