*The source adds the following information: "An index has been constructed for each of the three blocks, with values between 0 and 100, where 100 is the maximum value attributed to the most virtuous municipality. Combining values achieved on the performance and accessibility of websites, on their ability to interact through social networks and on the availability and usefulness of applications for devices. We then constructed a general index that expresses performance total number of municipalities analyzed in interacting through the online."
