This statistic depicts the distribution of ordinary household accommodations in Tokyo prefecture in Japan in 2015, sorted by housing type. During the surveyed year, the majority of ordinary households in Tokyo, about 68.7 percent, lived in apartments. In contrast, only around one percent of households lived in terrace houses.
