Latin America: share of female investors with relationship to entrepreneur 2017-2018

Between 2017 and 2018, 67.7 percent of female investors in Latin America were either a family member or a relative of the entrepreneurs they funded. Another 25 percent were their friend or neighbor, and only 2.5 percent were female investors who were strangers to the project but had a good business idea.
