Importance of social media asking permission to share information in the U.S. 2018
This statistic presents the opinions and attitudes of both teens and the parents of teens on the importance of social networking sites asking permission prior to any sharing or selling of their personal information, as of May 2018. According to the findings, 77 percent of parents in the United States reported that this issue was extremely important, while 69 percent of teens stated similarly in their opinion.
