The majority of the staff remain satisfied with the standard of care provided among NHS organizations. In 2022, 46.3 percent of NHS staff agreed that they would be happy about the standard of care provided to a friend or relative by their organization, while a further 16.7 percent strongly agreed with this statement. However, standard of care satisfaction has decreased considerably in the past two years.
