In 2020, the public funding for cultural events in Finland totaled roughly 5.41 million euros. That year, music events received the largest funding of approximately 2.7 million euros. Theater festivals and events were granted 465 thousand euros, while multi-arts festivals received 549 thousand euros in state funding.
