The volume of cargo traffic in the ports of Helsinki, Finland fluctuated between 2016 to 2020. In 2020, unitized export cargo handled in the ports amounted to 5.9 million metric tons, followed by unitized import cargo with 5.2 million tons. Figures from 2017 and 2018 are not comparable to earlier years, as the cargo volume in these years also includes the figures of Loviisa and Kantvik harbors.
