The number of drug- and smuggling cases reported to the Police in Denmark peaked in 2019, reaching nearly 33,000 reported cases. Except for 2015 and 2016, the trend increased until 2019, before falling slightly again since. In 2022, 31,100 drug- and smuggling cases were reported in Denmark. In terms of volumes, hash was the illicit drug confiscated most often by the Danish Police that year.
