Japan: diesel fuel retail prices by month 2022

As of December 2022, the monthly average domestic retail price of diesel fuel in Japan stood at around 148 Japanese yen per liter, a decrease from about 145.1 yen in December 2021. Due to the high uncertainty in the international energy market during 2022, Japan's average diesel price peaked at 154.9 Japanese yen per liter in mid-March.
