This statistic illustrates the fastest growing destinations for Russian travelers, according to year-on-year percentage growth in international air passenger departures from Russia in 2017. Turkey saw the biggest growth in tourists from Russia, with an 80.9 percent increase. Azerbaijan and Georgia also saw a significant growth in outbound travelers from Russia.

The analysis is based on Air Reservation Data of the source, ForwardsKeys, which holds a database containing reservations handled by over 200,000 online and offline travel agencies worldwide.
