In terms of installed capacity, Llanwern Solar Farm & Battery Storage was the largest operational solar photovoltaic farm in the United Kingdom as of October 2023, with a total of 75 megawatts. Shotwick Solar Farm, the second largest solar PV farm, had roughly 72.2 megawatts. Combined, the 20 leading solar photovoltaic farm sites in the United Kingdom had 938.1 megawatts of capacity installed.
