Transaction price for the purchase of new housing units Central European cities 2022
Vienna was the most expensive city for new residential real estate in Central Europe in 2022, followed by Prague and Linz. The average transaction price in these cities was between 4,800 and 6,300 euros per square meter.
Győr, Łódź, and Debrecen were the most affordable among the cities under observation, with a square meter price of less than 2,000 euros per square meter.
