This statistic shows the highest daily precipitation measured in Sweden until 2018, by location. The highest recorded precipitation in December was at Riksgränsen on the 14th, measuring 121.8 millimeters, in 1909. In 2002, the most precipitation measured was at Riksgränsen, reaching 104.3 millimeters on January 10. The highest ever recorded precipitation occurred in July 28, 1997, measuring 198 millimeters in Fagerheden.

* SMHI corrected the measurement because some of the precipitation was most likely from the day before. The original measured was 101 millimeters. The largest most accurate precipitation measured 84.4 millimeters in Joesjö in March 25, 1982.

** During a hydrological project in Karlaby in August 6, 1960, the precipitation measured 237 millimeters. In Fulufjället on August 30-31, 1997 the precipitation was 276 millimeters, measured by a private individual.
